Delicious airplane cookies

A few years ago, Anthony accompanied me on a business trip to Bountiful, Utah. We flew with Delta, which was a first for me (& probably for Anthony, too). Airplane food is notoriously bad, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that Delta served Biscoff cookies, which are really crisp and perfectly flavored with cinnamon. Every now and then, I checked the local grocery stores to see if Biscoff had be added to the inventory, but was always disappointed. I was so excited when mom brought Anthony and I some of these cookies from her last flight to California & even more thrilled to find the URL for a biscoff website on the back of the package.
