| 4 repliesI’ve never been a big milk drinker, because I had a mild lactose intolerance growing up. As I got older, I often worried that I wasn’t taking in adequate calcium (most people actually don’t). The problems that I formerly experienced with milk seem to have subsided, but I still find it difficult to just drink milk. Recently, my mom-in-law suggested that soy milk had been improved greatly over the past couple of years (it used to be kind of gross) & that I should try it. So, I’ve been trying to make myself drink about a glass a day. It’s actually pretty good -- especially the chocolate kind. : ) The best part is that it has all of the same nutritional benefits of cow milk (with less saturated fat).
