Cooking tuna steaks
| replyAnthony loves seared Ahi tuna steaks & I’ve tried to make them several times. I always thought that you were supposed to get the pan as hot as possible & then quickly sear the tuna on each side, but it often came out over done. Recently, I found this recipe which suggests you preheat the pan over medium heat & then sear for one minute per side. The dish came out a lot better, so I thought I’d share this awesome tip. : ) Happy cooking!
